Warm yourself through the winter months with the camaraderie and stimulation of the Lifespring community. Each month will bring a new presentation with the opportunity for discussion and interaction. Sessions are usually held on the first Wednesday of December, January, February, and March. Members may bring a guest to the Winter Presentations.
